I wonder what the health consequences would be for humans to have a consistent diet. I know that for the most part we feed our pets the same food every day and that there is normally an adjustment period for our pets if we change their diet. Would humans benefit from a more consistent diet e.g. only eating the same sandwich for each meal every day? It would also be interesting to know how consistent the diets of most people are. I don’t eat the exact same food every day but I also don’t eat that great a variety of food either. I rotate between the same half a dozen restaurants and cook the same few dishes.
